I’m trained in psychological techniques, so I tailor your session to work on your specific goals and needs. With my Reflexology treatment, your body and mind will feel free and clear of all worries and stressors that life places upon us. I’m trained in a variety of holistic techniques that will surely help to heal you both mentally and physically.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY
Trigger Point Therapy is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Massage Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.

WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO
I’ve been a Massage Therapist since 2010, but have been around alternative medicine my whole life. Throughout my childhood, both my parents instilled in me the important values that I apply to my treatments, such as the importance of integrity for wellbeing. Every day, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.
